The package arrived first thing this morning!

Hey, I want to say I am more than EXTREMELY pleased with your company. Not only did you answer my questions about my tire in a timely fashion, I was pleasantly surprised to hear him explain that because the rubber was not cured at the proper temperature the knobs were peeling away from the casing. When I emailed I did not expect such an honest and forthright response from anyone at Schwalbe. I wasn't even sure it was a defect at the time.

Not only did you guys warranty the tire but when I opened the box just now I was amazed to find not one tire, but TWO new Fat Alberts! Was that a mistake? If so I can send one back, if not then...THANKS! You guys in the warranty and c/s department rock!

Anyway, thanks for the excellent customer service experience, it's so rare these days. Please pass this message along to your department supervisor(s), co-workers, area mangager, vice-pres, CEO!!!

You can bet your paycheck I will continue to purchase Schwalbe tires well into the future. Keep up the great work!
