Please note that at this time we ship orders within the United States of America and Canada only.
We ship most in-stock items within 2 business days, with many orders even going out the same day, as long as your order is placed by 11:00 PM Pacific time. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone to alert you.
Note: we are unable to ship to PO Box numbers and to APO addresses.
Payment can be made with two major credit cards: Visa or MasterCard. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.
Packages are delivered Monday-Friday by Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you provide a day time shipping address where you can be assured of receiving your order personally.
If you need to change your order after it has been placed, but before it has been sent out, please call us immediately at 1-888-700-5860 to make any changes. Please do not send your request via email, as the order may be sent out before we read your email.
If you would like to track an order you placed with us, you can call our toll free number to obtain tracking information on your package.
When you receive your order, please inspect all your merchandise immediately and thoroughly. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of the package delivery date. Please do not damage any packaging in the event of needing to return any products.
