Operating Hours:
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays.
Ordering:
Consumers may purchase directly from our web site or call our toll free order/info line 1-888-700-5860 during regular business hours.
When ordering, please be aware of the sizing differences and review our Tech Page for the required help in assessing which products are the correct items for your specific needs.
We process all orders based solely on the specific article numbers associated with said products.
Order Changes:
If you need to change your order after it has been placed, but before it has been processed and shipped, please call Customer Service immediately at 1-888-700-5860 to make the desired changes. DO NOT send your request via email, as your order may be sent out before we read your email.
If you would like to track your order, you can email or call our toll free number to obtain a Fed Ex Tracking Number.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service from our North American Distribution Center in Ferndale, Washington. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday by FedEx Ground.
We ship most in-stock items within 2 business days, with many orders going out the same day the order is placed, as long as your order is processed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via email to alert you.
We DO NOT ship to PO Box numbers or to APO addresses.
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please make sure you provide a day time shipping address where you can be assured of receiving your order personally.
Order Receipt:
When you receive your order, please inspect all of your merchandise immediately and thoroughly. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of the order delivery date.
Please do not damage any internal packaging in the event you need to return your order.
Consumer Returns:
We accept returns on most products within fourteen (14) days of purchase with a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable.
| We DO NOT accept returns on mounted or used tires and/or tubes or items that appear to have been used in any way. We DO NOT accept returns on special order items, discontinued items or on product that is past the 14 days purchase return period. We DO NOT accept returns on product that has been defaced or marked in any way. We DO NOT accept returns if the barcode label from inside the tire has been removed or made unreadable. |
All returns must have a Return Verification Number (RVN) clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. To obtain an RVN number, please call our Customer Service at 1-888-700-5860 prior to returning your package. Returns that are not clearly labelled with RVN number will be refused by our warehouse personnel.
All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following enclosed and intact:
- Original manufacturer’s box
- Products being returned for refund or credit (unmounted and unused)
- Product instructions, pamphlets, labels
- RVN

Returns exceeding the 14 day return period will receive a Schwalbe North America credit for the amount of product returned minus a 15% restocking fee. The credit can be used on any Schwalbe products within one year of issue. Discontinued items will not be accepted under this return policy.
Warranty:
The only warranties applying to products sold by Moser Enterprises Incorporated are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer, Ralf Bohle GmbH, Germany.
As an importer, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, or fitness of particular purpose.
Included are those instances where changes or modifications are made at the request of the purchaser.
Our obligation is limited to the credit or replacement of defective parts, or at our sole discretion, to refund of the purchase price.

NOTE: We do not process warranties on product purchased outside of the North American market (Canada and the continental USA).
Conditions:
Moser Enterprises Incorporated reserves the right to refuse service to any individual.
Moser Enterprises Incorporated also reserves the right of property on all products shipped and invoiced to the customer, until full payment of the sale price, including interest and service charges have been received. On demand, in writing by Moser Enterprises Incorporated, the customer agrees to these conditions of sale notwithstanding the absence of the customer’s signature, and further the customer agrees that when goods leave Moser Enterprises Incorporated Ferndale, WA warehouse, the risk of loss and obligation to insure is borne solely by the customer.
Specifications:
In the interest of continual improvement of SCHWALBE products and their performance, Ralf Bohle GmbH reserves the right to change specifications without notice.
