TL Ready Super Moto

Are there any drawbacks to running the TL Ready version of the Super Moto on a non tubless rim w/tube?....will the tire bead fit just like the standard versions?

The TL Ready version of the Super Moto will work fine with an inner tube on a non-tubeless rim. The tire bead will fit just like a "standard" version tire.
