Shipping:

We ship most in-stock items within 2 business days, with many orders even going out the same day, as long as your order is placed by 11:00 AM Pacific time. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via email to alert you.

Note: we are unable to ship to PO Box numbers and to APO addresses.

Packages are delivered Monday-Friday by Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please make sure you provide a day time shipping address where you can be assured of receiving your order personally.

If you need to change your order after it has been placed, but before it has been sent out, please call us immediately at 1-888-700-5860 to make any changes. Do not send your request via email, as the order may be sent out before we read your email.
If you would like to track an order you placed with us, you can call our toll free number to obtain tracking information on your package.

When you receive your order, please inspect all your merchandise immediately and thoroughly. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of the package delivery date. Please do not damage any packaging in the event of needing to return any products.

Returns:

For your convenience, we accept returns on most products within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MOUNTED OR USED TIRES/TUBES OR ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable.

All returns must have a Return Verification Number (RVN) clearly labeled on the return box. To obtain an RVN number, please call us at 1-888-700-5860 prior to returning your package. Returns that are not clearly labeled with RVN number will be refused.
All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following:

• Original manufacturer’s box
• Products being returned for refund
• Product instructions, pamphlets, labels
• RVN

Please send your returns to the address given when obtaining the RVN number. We will not accept returns on products that have been defaced or marked in any way, mounted or ridden (tires), inflated or used (tubes), appear to have been used.
